Masseur: Service: This is the worst spa I have ever been to. Not only was the technique mediocre, but the masseur also played on her phone while giving the massage. This is the first time I have encountered such behavior in all these years. When I kindly reminded her, she argued that she is nearsighted and cannot see the time clearly. However, checking the time only takes a glance, not constantly using one hand to massage and the other to fiddle with the phone. When I asked for her identification number, she angrily stormed out and said, Do whatever you want, I don't care, showing no remorse.

As a service industry, consumers pay for your service for just one or two hours. It is unacceptable to use your phone during that time. This should be the most basic requirement for this industry!

Using a phone while providing a service reflects a management problem in this spa, and I am sure it is not an isolated case.

I hope that anyone planning to visit this spa will avoid the so-called Masseur No. 6 or consider going to a different spa altogether!
